Serving as the Local Mental Health and IDD Authority in El Paso, Texas, we offer assistance to both youth and adults to address their mental health, IDD or substance use disorder needs. Our services reached over 33,000 residents in 2023, with more than 32,000 individuals contacting our lifesaving 24-hour crisis hotline.
